If my face looks familiar chances are you have seen me before.  I grew up in a Navy family and have lived in many different communities around the country.  I have fond memories of living in Harpswell where we spent many hours exploring the coastline.  My family later moved to Richmond  where I reside today with my wife Cathy.  We have two children, Zachary and Katie. Zach is currently serving in the Army.  Cathy and I adopted Katie from the Dominican Republic in 1990.

As a young boy I always dreamed of owning an ice cream store. My wife Cathy and I saved for many years and waited for the right opportunity. At one time we owned the ice cream shop in Hallowell now known as The Daily Scoop.  For the last 15 summers we have had the pleasure of owning and operating Main Street Dairy Treat in Richmond.  Serving ice cream during the summer months has been a great way to meet many new people and visit with old friends. The pleasure I have creating a special ice cream treat for my customers is the same enjoyment I have when working with people to find a special home. With the demands of my Real Estate career, Cathy has assumed the responsibilities of the ice cream shop.  Stopping in to visit with friends will still be important to me.   

I have great insight into home construction and how systems work which I learned while building several homes and as a licensed real estate appraiser.  I began to get calls from family and friends to assist them with their projects.  From flying to Mississippi to fix machinery for a paper mill to  running over to a friends home to help out, I soon became known as "Tim the Tool Man!"  I often reflect on all the people I have known and how they have enriched my life and created who I am today.

My experience in the housing industry as a builder and as an appraiser gave me extensive knowledge in this field and enhances my ability to work with my clients as a Real Estate Agent.  

In my free time I enjoy fishing, building and flying model airplanes and spending time with my friends and family.  I love to collect old radios and old radio programs.
